一、口语三部分定位（本课总纲）

聊自己（P1）：摇摆不定（喜欢/不喜欢 —— yes and no，别只说 yes）
讲故事（P2）：绘声绘色（个人轶事 anecdote）
讲社会（P3）：运筹帷幄（观察 + 观点）

二、P2 讲故事骨架（2 分钟 / 120 秒）

开头 · 背景铺垫（foreshadowing）：时间 / 地点 / 人物 / 原因（聊八卦式开头最自然）
主体段 · 时间顺序：以前 → 我还记得 → 学到 → 转折 → 最后（段内每步加细节）
结尾：收束（感受 / 观点一句话）

课堂提示：2 min = 120 s，考官会打断；练习时卡点 120 秒，能"从头到尾不断"才算过。

三、人物描述模型：NANCY（Describe a person who you followed on social media）

模型结构（四段 = 印象 → 特征 → 性格 → 故事）

介绍名字 + 总体印象：Now let me introduce Nancy. General impression: she's a smart cookie（她很机灵—— 本能在自然得分）。
特征（外貌，两条带细节）：She always wears her hair in a ponytail, which gives her a clever look（非限制定语从句：补充 + 而这…）。She's got an oval face with a roman nose. Despite that, she's cute.（鹅蛋脸 + 罗马鼻，还是可爱）
性格（给一个"最"字句）：She's approachable — she is the most approachable blogger I've ever followed on social media.（approachable = 平易近人，最高级句 = 立画像）
情境故事（偶遇 + 强调句三件套）：

- 时间：It was last summer that I came across Nancy. - 地点：It was on TikTok that I came across Nancy. - 人物：It was Nancy that I came across on TikTok. - 情节：I was lying on my sofa, scrolling through TikTok — this girl called Nancy popped up onto my screen. She was streaming / co-hosting with someone, practicing conversational English with the audiences, live chatting with them… - 原因收尾：That's why I subscribed to her channel.

语言层次要求（由简到繁逐级上）

简单句 + 并列词（and） → 从属连词（because / when）→ 定语从句（which gives her…）→ 强调句（It was…that…）
全程只说"语/简单句/并列词/从属连词"也能及格；想高分就在骨架上加非限定从句和强调句

四、发音与口型（本页底部语音角）

节拍：像橡皮筋一样有松紧 —— 弱读 + 重读；例句 I WANT to GO to the MARket.（want to→wanna 弱读，重音落在实义词）
连读 / 连接：I want to / call a person / was / bcos（because 弱读=cos）
W 音：1. move your lips forward（嘴唇前撅）→ 2. wuuuuu（先嘟囔一声再开口）—— 前摇
TH 音：舌尖往前放（放门牙后，轻送气）
R 音：roll your tongue backward（舌尖向后卷）；R blend（r 与辅音连读）：walk/work/world war II/print/spring 一类
清浊辅音：清辅音声带不闭合（t/p/s…）、浊辅音声带振动（d/b/z…）；浊辅音接浊辅音（s/z 双辅音）要连起来读
语流小练习：录音回听（hmmmm/嗯嗯的衔接音、拖元音 dragging vowel——"用外国人的方法讲中文"：把"我喜欢看书"的"书"拖长找感觉）

五、可迁移模板
